Waking up next to Bri gives me a sense of peace the next morning. It’s something I could get used to, her floral scent all around me, her warm body in my arms, naked, our legs tangled together. It’s heaven.

“I need a shower,” she says, stretching her arms over her head as she sits up. Her honey brown hair is tousled and wild. “I’ve got an extra toothbrush if you need it.”

“What are you trying to say?” I sit up and grab her around the waist, kissing her fully on the lips.

She surprises me by not only letting me kiss her, but she opens her mouth and presses her tongue to mine. She pulls back and smirks at me. “All I’m trying to say is that I’ve got an extra toothbrush if you’d like to brush your teeth.”

Getting out of bed, she crooks her finger, beckoning me to come with her.

I don’t need to be coaxed. I’d follow that naked woman anywhere.

In the bathroom, she spreads paste on her toothbrush and puts it in her mouth. Sliding past me, she grazes her ass along my cock, giving me an instant semi. Bending over, she reaches into the bottom drawer of her vanity and she pulls out a new toothbrush for me. God, I want more than a toothbrush right now, but I’ll be a good boy and let her get ready for work.

I brush my teeth with her and we don’t annoy each other. That’s new. It’s not something I make a habit of, getting ready for the day with a woman. But watching her brush her hair is beautiful and sexy. I could watch her do it all day.

“I’m getting in the shower now,” she announces. “Can you make us some coffee?” she asks, turning the water on.

Giving her a kiss on the cheek, I say, “You’ve got it.”

Instead of making it, I run to Panera and buy coffee and bagels. Just to be safe, I buy a selection of flavors—grabbing three cinnamon crunch, my favorite.

Today feels different than the last time I stayed over. It isn’t only because she asked me to stay and make coffee, but it’s the vibe she’s giving off. It’s like she’s comfortable with me now—as if she’s eased herself into the idea of spending time with me. Whatever the reason, I’ll take it.

Walking back into her house, I find her curling her hair. I hold up the coffee and bagels and she dances in place, shaking her black dress clad ass. I give myself a mental high-five.

Finishing up her hair, she puts it in a ponytail and we make our way to the kitchen to eat our breakfast.

“You’re going to need a three-bedroom,” she urges while going through the bag of bagels. “Cinnamon crunch, my favorite.”

“Mine, too.” I take the bag and get my own out and place it on my plate. “Doesn’t that seem too big for just one person?” I ask even though in my mind I’m picturing her living with me.
